EUSR Smart Metering Referencing Scheme
Engineers working in the smart metering sector must be registered under the Smart Metering Referencing Scheme (SMRS) with EUSR. At All Smart Training, we offer the relevant assessments to support that registration.
Our electrical metering assessments include:

Upon successful completion, we’ll register you directly with the EUSR awarding body, keeping you fully compliant and field-ready.
MOCoPA Assessment
We also deliver MOCoPA (Meter Operation Code of Practice Agreement) assessments, which are essential for those working on behalf of MOCoPA-registered operators or Distribution Businesses.
The MOCoPA assessment covers:
- Installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical metering equipment
- Compliance with national codes of practice and industry safety standards
- Practical and theory-based evaluation guided by experienced instructors
